Description

To provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support services and to ensure the coordination and administration of the day-to-day operational functions of the offices so that the Executive Officers can spend time on strategic and key business priorities.

Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma in Business or Office Administration
  • A degree in the relevant fields will be an added advantage
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Senior Secretary, Administration Officer, or similar role in a corporate environment
  • Competent user of MS Office and other productivity applications/tools
  • Valid Code B Driver’s License
